Five denial-of-service waves have hit Norway&amp;rsquo;s shared digital infrastructure in ten weeks, and the gaps between them have shrunk from 44 days to 4. On 2 September the campaign reached eight universities directly. We measured the attacked services from two doorsteps at the same minute, a Norwegian home line and a foreign VPN exit, and the difference is the finding: the services answer a Norwegian address in a tenth of a second and refuse a foreign one.
